The coaching process

I believe that you are not broken and do not need fixing. You are your greatest expert and I can help you find those solutions and/or answers. My positive attitude and your strengths can help reach fulfilment and move you towards more balance in your life.

Coaching by me is energising!

My evidence-based coaching is focused on the present and aiming for solutions. You are in control the whole way and we are working only with you in the centre of focus. You are my top priority and I will do my utmost best to support you. That is my promise.

Coaching is, however, not easy or relaxing. It’s hard work. You have to put the work in and I am here to help you. Enabling change requires an open mind and a willingness to work if you have that…. Well, let’s get started!

What happens after you have expressed your interest in coaching?

  • 1. Introduction

I will reach out and plan a free session with you (maximum 1 hour). This session is all about getting to know each other better, seeing if we are the right fit and knowing if I am the best person to help you. This session is completely free and without any commitment.

  • 2. Coaching contract

When we are both keen on working together we start with a coaching contract that commits us to the coaching relationship and outlines both of our responsibilities, guidelines and boundaries.

  • 3. Preparation

Before a coaching session, I will send you a couple of questions by email to help you prepare for the upcoming meeting to make our time as efficient as possible and to maximise your development.

  • 4. The coaching session

At the start of a coaching session, we will conduct the agenda for today with the topic(s) you decide. And at the end, we will reflect and you create your action plan.

  • 5. Evaluation

After our agreed amount of sessions, we’ll evaluate how your coaching process is going. This is also the moment to contract more coaching sessions if that’s desired. Or, if you are satisfied with where you are, this might be our last meeting.
