Contact form

When you submit information to this website via webform, I collect the data requested in the webform in to track and respond to your submissions. This information will go to the email address linked to my coaching practice.

How long I hold your information

Email contact with coaching clients will be stored for a reasonable amount of time following the completion of a programme – usually not more than 3 years.

Information I hold about you offline to be able to provide coaching and training services will be retained for a period of 5 years after your last engagement with me to provide you continuation of my services should you require them in the future.

Data, records and subjective reflections written, recorded or captured in coaching sessions will be treated with great care and confidentiality.  Names will be coded so that in the unfortunate event, any theft of such notebooks or recordings would not be attributable to a person or organisation; Records on computers will be password protected; Hand written records will be carried & stored with care. Any loss or theft of records will be reported to clients immediately that is has been identified.

I may update this privacy policy from time to time by posting a new version on my website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes. I may also notify you of changes to our privacy policy by email.

Your rights

You may instruct me to provide you with any personal information I hold about you. You may instruct me not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to my use of your personal data for marketing purposes, or I will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of the use of your personal data for marketing purposes.
