Life coaching
You could, for example, be on a crossroad not sure which direction to take, or you feel your life is out of balance, or “things” continue to happen to you, or you might feel stuck. It’s helpful for you to truly understand yourself and gain clarity on the what’s, the how’s and options. This is a dedicated safe space for you to think, explore (un)known territories, and experimentation leading to personal growth and development. Expat coaching
Moving abroad is quite an experience, and everyone is dealing with change differently. It is often hard to explain to someone else (without having it experienced themselves) what you are going through and the things you struggle with. Being an expat myself I’ve learned a lot about these challenges and I might understand your position better. With expat coaching we could for example discuss the ‘culture shock’, the balance and fulfilment in your life and finding your feet in your new situation. For more information, click here.

Performance coaching
It’s about getting the maximum out of yourself or your team. For example, you might need a coach to support you mentally when you compete, as a manager increasing your team’s performance or preventing burnouts. In short, you are looking for someone that helps you focus on what’s important, that supports you and/or your team in mobilising strengths, and creating an optimum environment for potential and growth. What if you are motivated to start with exercise but lack confidence? Or maybe you need support with weight loss, quitting smoking or preventing burnout? We’ll take it literally one step at a time towards a healthy, confident and happy you at a pace that you decide. We can set up routines to start moving, maintain motivation throughout your journey, find your great work-life balance and use your strengths to succeed.
